Hey there, I'm Vicente Gonzales, and I've been right where you are. As a seasoned leader, I intimately understand the challenges that principals face every day. You know, the struggles with limited resources, drowning in paperwork, and the relentless pressure to meet educational standards. But here's the thing –  I'm not here to dwell on the problems. I'm all about finding solutions and driving real change. 

My journey mirrors that of many former school leaders, and it's taught me a lot along the way. I've seen firsthand why so many principals feel overwhelmed and ultimately decide to leave. But instead of throwing in the towel, I'm on a mission to make a difference.

My dedication to coaching principals is unwavering. With over two decades of experience under my belt, I've developed practical strategies to help navigate the complexities of leadership. Through ImbueShift LLC, I offer personalized coaching and consulting services to empower new school leaders, guiding them towards success in the face of adversity.

 What sets me apart?  – my diverse background. From education, leadership development, professional life coach, law enforcement, sports coach, and co-founder of Streest2Schools, a domestic violence program, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I'm passionate about helping principals uncover their strengths, set goals, and truly make a difference in their schools. But it's not just about the job – it's about personal growth too, empowering leaders to lead with authenticity and resilience.
